Wanted to create a home that keeps you grounded and thankful for all the natural beauty that nature has to offer. We are blessed to live in North Peoria its a wonderful place. The space 2 story home Livable square footage is 4,500 Gated community 5 bedroom 4 bathrooms Pool table and ping pong table Master bath has whirlpool 2 man soaking tub, with gas fireplace. Take a nice epsom salt bath after a long day of playing hard. Piano/ Organ in the foyer. Gas cooking, and wood pellet grill for outdoor cooking Fire Pit for wood burning fire 550 square foot patio with 3 additional aluminum pergola, plenty of shade and privacy. 3.5 car garage hiking trails are just outside the front door Lake Pleasant is 5 miles away Have a wakesurf boat that is available at an additional price if guests are interested in playing on the lake.
