We are less than 10 minutes from downtown & 15 minutes from the airport. Studio has fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV & satellite. It is a perfect for business travelers. Includes private driveway & entrance. The space IMPORTANT: You will be required to sign a Renter Agreement. This unit is located under the owner's home. The entrance is completely separate. You will have peace of mind and a friendly face close by, if you need help. Ideal for those who want a stress-free, safe place to call home. You may hear minimum noise from upstairs. There is a camera on the front of house pointing towards the stairs; camera front left pointing towards the street; front right camera pointing towards the driveway; camera on back of home pointing towards AC unit in backyard. Cameras record when motion is detected. Guest access The long private driveway can fit 3 cars stacked (one car has to leave for another to leave). Other things to note We are more than happy to share the best places to visit, whether you are looking for our tourist attractions or local hangouts. Just ask us! We strictly do not allow visitors. All guests must be listed on the reservation. Add your guests to the Airbnb stay so they can participate in the chat. You will hear noise and footsteps from upstairs. There is a door in your kitchen that is locked and leads to a storage closet. There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer. The bed is actually 2 twin XL mattresses. Please do not separate. You may not receive USPS mail here. You may send Amazon packages, or anything via UPS or FedEx. We cannot be responsible for packages or lost items, but feel free to ask us to forward any packages or lost items to you for $25 handling + variable shipping cost.
