In the amazing Greenpoint, enjoy my light and bright, 2nd floor apartment. Fully furnished in tasteful shabby style with new modern touches. Smart tv's , fresh linens and towels, great comfy bed. Roomy. 1.5 blocks from G train. Clean, railroad style, old Brooklyn charm with sloped floors, tall ceilings & bathroom off the fully equipped kitchen. Peek-a-boo views of The Empire State Building. Tranquil morning birds and trees each side of apartment. A feels good, smells good space! The space Located in the highly desired neighborhood of Greenpoint. Walk to Manhattan Street with charming shops, Polish bakeries, trendy restaurants and subway access. Railroad style space. Private front bedroom for up to 2 guests has a comfy, clean, queen size bed with fresh white linens and pillows, topped with a snuggly duvet. There is drawer and hanging space on guest rack and laundry bag. This room has a chandelier and two big bright windows. Very Anthropology space! The second room has a full size loft bed with small sofa below, wall mounted smart tv, drawers. The living area is open to the kitchen and is the largest space with new modern sectional, writing desk & TV. Fully equipped kitchen has tons of light, a fire escape and great little peek a boo view of the Empire State Building. Bathroom is off the kitchen (Old Brooklyn style) and has full tub for a relaxing soak. Sink is shared with kitchen. Please note: We allow 1-2 guests as neighbors are noise sensitive and curious. Please call me should you have questions. Although I love kids- have a few myself, this space is not child proofed, ie dressers, stove, not anchored to walls. Please use caution. Guest access You will have full private access to my 1+ Den, one bath row house. Second floor. Please note: No unregistered extra guests, undisclosed guests at last minute. I will immediately cancel the reservation. Please be quiet going up and down the stairs, especially with suitcases. Other things to note My neighbors are noise sensitive, so please be mindful of noise, coming and going. Thanks. The air conditioning units are only installed in windows during hotter months. There are also 3 ceiling fans, a large portable Vornado fan and front to back windows for great air flow. During cooler months, a/c units will be removed from windows and building radiant heaters will turn on automatically as temperature dictates. I also just added a fireplace-style electric heater.
