Enjoy waking up to the sound of crashing waves on Key Colony Beach in Marathon Florida. Minimum two week stay. Condo is equipped with all you need to relax and enjoy your stay on beach front property with private pool and fishing pier on site. Amenities include washer/dryer, full fridge, stove with oven, Keurig Coffee station. Close to Habana Jack's Restaurant, the Cabana Club, and within walking distance to a children's park - a golf course is located on KCB a little further away. The space Condo is located on second floor accessible by either stairs or an elevator. The entrance to the condo is three doors down in building No 1. Entranceway into the condo is down a short hallway with the kitchen to your immediate right, guest bedroom and bath to immediate left, large living room straight ahead with balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean from a sideview. Past the first bedroom and bath is the entrance door to the primary bedroom with bath and bedroom to the right. Bedroom has a king size bed with minimal furniture and a corner built in desk right next to balcony sliding doors that goes onto the balcony overooking the Atlantic Ocean. Guest bedroom is spacious wth two twin beds, a dresser and large closet/pantry. Living room is complete with television, two side chairs and tables, and a full size couch.
