Mid-Century Cozy Home - Family Friendly

Mid Century home on the Historical Oak Hills Golf course. Home is centralized in the Medical Center of San Antonio. 10 minutes to Lackland, downtown, Sea World, Fiesta Texas and all Universities. We love to host BMT families attending graduation. Home can sleep up to 12 if couches are used. Large yard for small family gathering, for kiddos or your doggies to run around. Kitchen has all the essentials for meals and hosting small gatherings. It is truly your home away from home. The space Very spacious home with 2 dining and living areas Open kitchen with gas stove, Keurig & microwave. Has washer and dryer. Internet service. Master bedroom has a king size and queen bed, walk in shower, plenty of closet space, restroom, and a vanity. 2nd Bedroom has two queen size beds, and a shared restroom. 3rd Bedroom has two full size beds and a shared restroom The shared restroom has a toilet, tub/shower, and double sinks. Security Our home is equipped with exterior cameras. All cameras are motion activated and take short clips All cameras are facing away from the home Location of cameras: Front Door Front Porch Driveway Back Patio Back Yard Right side of Home Our home is also equipped with a SimplySafe Alarm System which includes: Fire Alarms (24/7) Carbon Monoxide (24/7) Glass breakage Sensors Motion Sensors Window Sensors Door Sensors Sensor are for the protection of the home while it is vacant. During your stay all sensors are deactivated/unarmed The Fire Alarms and Carbon Monoxide are monitored 24/7 by SimplySafe for your safety In the event of a fire or emergency SimplySafe automatically dispatch’s first responders to the home. There is a Google Nest on the kitchen counter that you are welcome to use or unplug. For compliance with our city permit, this property does not participate in Airbnb's in-home services program. No outside provider services - such as spa treatments, private chefs, or other third-party bookings - are allowed on-site. Our space is small and additional commercial use beyond guest lodging is not permitted. Guest access You are able to use the entire home for the exception of the garage. We store our jet skis there so there is no room for your vehicle. At times we will be using the garage to either take out or store the jet skis, however this is mostly in the summer time.
