BAY VIEW ROOFTOP DECK: - Outdoor seating for four, two sun loungers - Overlooks Balboa Peninsula, Newport Harbor, and offers mountain views ALSO INCLUDED: - Wi-Fi - Central AC - 4 low-profile beach chairs - Bathroom essentials are provided for your stay, including a hair dryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and an iron with an ironing board - Cleaning essentials are also included, such as hand and dish soap, dishwasher pods, a sponge, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and a few basic cleaning products LINENS: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival. PARKING: Two spaces in the carport, mid-size or smaller vehicles recommended. Not all SUVs will fit. General street parking, both metered and unmetered, throughout the neighborhood when available. LAUNDRY: A washer and dryer are located on the second level. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies. LOCATION: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard. RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information! CITY TAX: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations of fewer than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach. SECURITY EQUIPMENT: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
