Villa Mi Soño Villa Park Fountain

Just 15 minutes drive from Hato airport is Villapark Fontein. Mi Soño' is a modern vacation home of 140 m2 with a swimming pool and a spacious porch. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is suitable for 4 persons. The living room with open kitchen is directly connected to the veranda, creating a large living space and the wind provides delicious coolness. The space The house is equipped with European (220V) outlets and WiFi. There is a TV with all known Dutch channels. In the whole house are shutter windows with screens, so the wind blows through the house. Hot water is generated by a solar water heater with large reservoir, so there is always enough hot water available. The veranda has 2 sunbeds, 2 beach chairs and a dining table with 6 chairs. In the living room you will find a sofa bed, along with a bookcase with a wide assortment of reading material. In addition, the fan of 2.20 meters(!) provides the necessary cooling on the (rare) windless days. The open kitchen has 2 bar stools and an American fridge with ice machine. There is also a microwave, a Senseo coffee machine and a kettle. The bedrooms are equipped with a quiet, economical air conditioning. The master bedroom has a 2 person box spring bed, a small desk and has a bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has 2 box-spring beds (which can be placed against each other) and has its own bathroom. In the storage room you will find, besides a washing machine and various cleaning items, a large cool box to take to the beach. The pool is 3.5 by 4 meters and 1.60 deep. There is an outdoor shower and a sink for snorkeling/diving gear. Guest access To the whole house and the land around it. Other things to note The deposit is €500. This must be paid upon arrival to the administrator. The cost of water is €10,-/m3 and the cost of electricity is €0.65/kWh. The consumption costs of water and electricity must be settled with the administrator afterwards. Kitchen linen, towels and bed linen are provided. Beach towels on request at the administrator.
