The space Accommodation for large groups (up to 12 people) can be distributed in 4 spaces as follows: Room 1 (Cap. 2 people): 1 double bed with private bathroom Room 2 (Cap. 3 people): 1 bunk bed plus 1 single bed Room 3 (Cap. 2 people): 1 bunk bed Living Room (Cap. 5 people): 1 double sofa bed plus 1 single sofa bed plus 2 single floor mattress A spacious living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen for group cooking and dining, high-speed WiFi, secure parking, barbecue area, swimming pool and a panoramic terrace offering stunning views. For breakfast, cheese & wine, you must request it 24 hours in advance (instruction will be sent upon confirmation) There are two private properties in this plot (Casa Foresta & Casa Melipillán) both of which have their own privacy and common areas (not shared between each other). Guest access Guests have access to the entire property in general, but there is another property separated and called "Casa Melipillan", with its own private entrance and amenities. Any common area facilities guests can use, such as parking, balinese bed, gardens, walkways, open spaces for events (Amphitheater and Portal) are subject to availability. Families are encouraged to supervise children, and guests with pets are kindly requested to maintain cleanliness. Other things to note Guests have access to the entire property in general, but there is another property separated and called "Casa Melipillan", with its own private entrance and amenities. The owner lives nearby and is available to help with any requests or questions and there are 2 friendly dogs in the plot.
