On the 3rd floor of a retro building with no elevators, it’s perfect for up to 6 guests, ideal for enjoying Guarujá with family and friends. The space In the apartment, you'll find: Living room equipped with a portable air conditioner, sofa bed, Smart TV, and 350Mbps Wi-Fi. Kitchen with utensils and appliances (microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, sandwich maker, blender, electric kettle, water purifier) and an extendable table with 4 chairs. Laundry room with a washing machine. 1 full bathroom. Bedroom with a queen-size bed (spring mattress),wardrobe and air conditioner. Bedroom with 2 single beds (spring mattresses) + a trundle bed (also with a spring mattress), wardrobe, and an additional mattress. Desk and chair for remote work. All rooms (except the bathroom and laundry room) are equipped with ceiling fans. Guest access The apartment will be exclusively yours during your stay, with access provided through an electronic lock code. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests (including children). The apartment building does not have elevators. Only registered guests are allowed; entry of unlisted individuals is not permitted. One parking spot is available per apartment. Other things to note - Bed and bath linens are not provided (except for long-term stays). - After booking, please send the required documents to complete the building’s entry form. Without these documents, entry will not be allowed, and the reservation may be canceled. - All guests must present valid identification at check-in. - Smoking or using incense in the apartment is strictly prohibited. - If any items or appliances are damaged, please notify us for maintenance or replacement. - At the end of your stay, it is mandatory to return the key and gate remote control to the building caretaker. - Please remember to close the windows, turn off the lights, and switch off the fans when leaving. - We kindly ask guests to wash the dishes and take out the trash before checkout. - Parties are not allowed on the premises. - Large pets are not accepted.
