I work from home a few days, if you need to be here week days during the daytime, please consider another place as I work in the living space. New build property in quiet area. Double bed & mattress (both new & lots of compliments about comfort of the mattress), the bathroom is predominantly yours as I have an en-suite. Very clean & tidy. If stay is more than a week extra cleaning charge will apply. Free road parking. Visitor spaces on first come basis. Close to A329M, M4, Shinfield Studios. The space The kitchen/living space is one large room. I work from home a few days a week so if you need to be here in the day please consider another place. Guest access You have your own private room, I have an en-suite, so the bathroom is primarily yours but please be considerate of others wanting to use it. The kitchen/living space is one large room and is shared but fairly spacious. During your stay I am always available (although not necessarily in person) to assist with anything you might need. Other things to note The flat is on the 2nd floor with no lift access, only stairs. There is a bus service that runs regularly into the centre of Reading from Mohawk Way, please ask and I can show you a cut through to the road.
