This spacious, detached vacation home offers plenty of space on two floors. From the combined living and dining area you can reach the terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful hours of sunshine in Usedom. On cold days, you can make yourself comfortable by the fireplace or warm up in the infrared sauna. Both bedrooms on the upper floor each have a comfortable double bed. The beds in the second bedroom can be separated so that you can use two single beds if necessary. The sofa bed in the living area can also provide two additional sleeping places in no time. We are also happy to provide your animal favorites with a temporary home. Germany's second largest island offers kilometers of fine sandy beaches, which you can reach in a few minutes by car. Surrounded by an extensive nature reserve with lots of untouched nature and many animal and plant species, you will find peace and relaxation here and at the same time leisure activities for the whole family. The imperial baths Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck and Bansin with their leisure and cultural activities can be easily reached by car after about 10 km. Two golf courses, horseback riding and the Baltic Sea thermal baths are also in the immediate vicinity. The Polish side of the holiday island is also within easy reach (about 12 km) with Swinemünde as a new hotspot. Very easy to reach by public transport, Swinemünde has developed in recent years into a vibrant modern Baltic Sea city that invites you to stroll and is always worth a visit. The Usedom hinterland is an absolute insider tip and ideal starting point for cycling enthusiasts and ideal for long walks with your four-legged friend due to the many sights, such as the Mellenthin water castle, Stolpe castle or the Achterwasser and the beautiful landscape with numerous lakes (Wolgastsee in about 5 km). The fishing village of Kamminke with a small harbor, fishing and bathing beach is about 6 km away. Close to the holiday village is the small airport of Usedom. Here you can watch an airplane take off or land about once a day during the summer season and experience an eventful day with your children in the indoor and outdoor game world of Hangar 10.
