The Carrick Bridge House, constructed in 2021, is a contemporary and roomy residence that offers a range of exceptional features. You won't have trouble finding it as it is conveniently situated. Additionally, the picturesque Carrick River Walk is just a short distance away, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. If you have children, they'll be delighted to know that there's a nearby playground and outdoor gym area. The house offers excellent WiFi coverage throughout, ensuring you can stay connected and enjoy seamless internet access. Additionally, the kitchen is well-suited for cooking meals for large groups, and the dining area provides ample space for everyone to gather and enjoy delicious meals together. The room situated on the ground floor is wheelchair accessible and includes an en-suite bathroom. The house also includes pressurised showers and underfloor heating. Carrick is the gateway town to the scenic Slieve League Cliffs. Other places of interest include the many local beaches, port, glen folk village and the secret waterfall. Other things to note *There is no longer a toy room at the property as this was turned into a bedroom and new ensuite. *The outdoor garden area is concreted. *The nearest beach is 3.5 km away. *There are 13 chairs. The table seats 10 and the breakfast bar sits 3.
