This cute mid 60's bi-level home in Boulder Hill, Montgomery is a perfect getaway to enjoy all there is in the southwest suburbs of Chicago! The living area and each bedroom has a Smart TV where you can relax and enjoy Netflix, Tubi & ESPN. Enjoy free and fast WiFi. May not have mail delivered here. Lastly, we do have a Ring doorbell camera that has the ability to record video and sound. The space The home is a shared home. I do try to rent out another room or two when I can since I spend most of my time at my other home. Guest access This private room has access to a full kitchen and a living room area downstairs along with a private half bathroom that is next to the bedroom. During your stay I enjoy interacting with guests but will always respect my guests privacy. I split my time between this home and another home my husband and I own. I try to rent a bedroom upstairs to another guest since I am not home much.
