Welcome to Legacy Bluff at Nolin Lake! Our luxury vacation home is a 2500 square foot home atop a bluff with a view of Nolin Lake. Our home offers large front and back covered deck areas, and spacious room within to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Our modern lake house is perfect for the couple who desire a space for relaxation, as well a group of friends or family wanting to get away, connect and unwind. Great for holiday gatherings!! The space Legacy Bluff at Nolin Lake is a luxurious retreat perched atop a scenic bluff with a view of Nolin Lake. Our modern lake home offers spacious accommodations for up to 12 guests, making it ideal for couples seeking tranquility, family getaways, and holiday gatherings. Inside Legacy Bluff, you'll find four spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable king bed. The fifth bonus bedroom provides a perfect hang-out space, including a futon for kids and teens. One of the bedrooms features a twin-over-king bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle, maximizing sleeping accommodations for children. Three full bathrooms, including the master bath, ensure convenience for all guests. Our fully stocked chef’s kitchen is designed for culinary enthusiasts, featuring ample counter space, a large kitchen island for food prep and buffet-style serving. The kitchen opens to a spacious back deck entertainment area, complete with comfortable outdoor living space, a dining area, and a gas grill. Coming soon our space will also feature an outdoor fire pit with seating, creating a cozy gathering spot. Experience the quiet serenity of our gated lake community, where you can start your day with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise and end it with a relaxing evening beverage, taking in breathtaking sunsets and gazing at the beautiful night sky.
