Covering 120m2, the two-storey villa provides ample space to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across its three bedrooms, ensuring a delightful and indulgent stay. Ground Floor The ground floor of Villa Per Mare presents a convenient open plan design, seamlessly blending the living room and kitchen into a harmonious space. The inviting seating area boasts a cozy corner sofa, a 43'' smart TV, Playstation 4 and a Bluetooth speaker, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment Moreover, the living room opens up to the pool offering easy indoor-outdoor access. Adjacent to the living room, a stylish dining area accommodates up to six guests, creating an intimate atmosphere for memorable meals. The fully equipped kitchen features all essential modern appliances, as well as a breakfast bar adorned with three stools. On this floor, you'll also find a beautifully appointed bedroom, complete with a comfortable 1.60x2.00 bed, a spacious closet, a 39'' smart TV, and A/C for optimal comfort. A bathroom with shower cabin completes the ground floor. First Floor Ascending to the first floor of our villa, guests will find the remaining two bedrooms of Villa Per Mare. The first bedroom boasts a king-size bed measuring 1.60x2.00m and a private balcony, equipped with patio furniture, that enjoys beautiful views of the sea, creating a peaceful spot for relaxation and tranquility. The second bedroom features two single beds 0.90 x 2.00 that are joined with a mattress topper to create a King Size bed 1,80 x 2,00. The beds can be separated into two singles upon advance request. This bedroom features its own private balcony, furnished with patio furniture. Both bedrooms are equipped with 43'' smart TV, A/C and closets. Completing the first floor is another bathroom, complete with a bathtub. For your convenience, a washing machine is also available, enclosed within a cabinet, next to the bathroom. Outdoor area The exterior of Villa Per Mare spans an impressive 150 m2, providing a host of exceptional facilities for you to enjoy. - Take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool, measuring 27 sq.m. and boasting a depth of 1.70 meters, complete with convenient step access.
