Small, well-located neighborhood house, in the Pina neighborhood, located on the ground floor, without a garage. Located on a street with a lot of local and family culture. The Neighborhood is centrally located in relation to the center of Recife, a few minutes from Shopping Riomar and the Federal Police for issuing Passports (13 minutes on foot), the famous Boa Viagem Beach and Pina (14 minutes on foot. 2 km away from the main hospitals and 15 minutes by car from the Airport. Sleeps up to 4 people. Please read the house rules! Other things to note Note: The street is under construction by the City Hall, so the daily rates are more affordable. This construction work does not prevent the passage of pedestrians, they are only improving the drainage system of the Neighborhood.
