Eden Woodland Acres would love to host you and your family for a relaxing get away. Our home is the perfect destination for a family-friendly vacation, as we offer spacious living quarters that can comfortably accommodate all of your loved ones. We are dedicated to ensuring your stay is memorable and comfortable, offering accommodating facilities and amenities. We hope to see you soon! The space There are 5 bedrooms, a loft area and 8 beds...(1 King suite. 7 queen beds). All rooms are spacious and minimalistic. Main Floor: On the main floor we have 3 nice bedrooms, a full kitchen with an open floor plan that is connected to the living room, a dining room, and 2 full baths (one connected to the master bedroom). These three bedrooms have spacious closets, and you can find a pack-n-play in the master closet. We also have the mud/laundry room on this floor. The kitchen is stocked with cooking pots and pans, and has plenty of dinnerware and utensils. There is also an island that seats 4. We have a spacious double door and pull out freezer, with a built-in ice maker. We know how it is to travel, so we took one item off your list for you, coffee. In this kitchen we have a (Mr. Coffee) coffee maker and coffee, ready for you to brew. In the downstairs kitchen we also have a Keurig with K-cups. Attached to the Kitchen is our beautiful wood stained dining room table that seats 8. We also have a floor to ceiling pantry for you to store any of your food during your stay. In the Livingroom of the main floor we have a mounted flat screen TV, and infant safe children's toys. All the bathrooms are stocked with towels, wash clothes, and toilet paper. We also supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash for your trip. A washer and dryer are in the laundry room right inside the west side door. We have it stocked with liquid laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and cleaning supplies for any messes made during your stay. Upstairs: Our loft area is upstairs, and there's also a bedroom upstairs. Both of these rooms each have 2 queen beds, and one has a clothes hanger rack. Downstairs: In the basement we have a game room, a bonus kitchen, a Livingroom, a full bath and one bedroom. In the game room we have a few more children's toys, like a mini kitchen play set, kids tool bench, with a mini table and chairs. We also have a shuffle board, small pool table, Foosball, ping-pong and train table. On the other side of the basement we have a full kitchen. There's a microwave, and Keurig coffee maker with K-cups. We also have a pantry, fridge and spice rack that you are welcome to use. Attached to the kitchen is a Family room with a sectional sofa and a flat screen TV. We also have a full bath, stocked for your trip, and a bedroom with a spacious closet. Outside: We are located back in the woods, and it is absolutely gorgeous outside no matter what season it is. We have a deck with seating and a grill. Over to the left of the house is a bonfire pit, with chairs, and a beautiful pathed garden. We also have string lights over the bonfire, that you can turn on by plugging in on the deck. In the backyard we have a wood-chipped area with a swing set, and sand box, with a children's picnic table. Our backyard is open and flat with plenty of space for games, like spikeball, volleyball, football, cornhole etc. We also have some friendly animals, like Diesel the goat, and Oreo and Vanilla the sheep. Scarlet the black mama cat has lived there forever and appears to have had a litter of 5 kittens...(partially grown now)...(from the wild aka "wildlife"😉) and she chose to provide their "home" under and around the deck. We just left them be because we didn't want to separate them from their mama. Most of our guests LOVE and dote on the cats...one didn't. So we moved their food and water in the barn...as not to have them so invasive on the deck but they don't seem to get the hint. So if you don't like cats this may not be the place for you. If you want to provide food/water for them on the deck you are welcome to bring the food bowls from the barn on the deck and please place them back in the barn before you leave. This is absolutely only if you want to/not a requirement at all!😊 Please do not walk back the driveway past the row of green giant arborvitaes. Neighbors live back there and it is private property. We are excited for your stay! Guest access You can access the whole house as you would like! We do ask that you stay out of all other spaces such as barns (aside from getting the cat food bowls if you wish...at your own risk...there are carpenter bees in the barn), shops, etc. while staying at Eden Woodland Acres. Other things to note You may occasionally see wildlife....such as deer, snakes... rarely, (we've only seen garter and black snakes once or twice a year), cats, squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits, and lots of pretty birds!
