The space The Premium Flat is a 22 sq. meter space fully designed for total comfort, convenience and practicality. You will simplify your days and will not need to spend money eating out, because if you want, you can prepare everything (really everything) on site. The stay includes bed and bath linens for guests registered in the reservation, detergent and sponge in the kitchen, liquid hand soap and toilet paper for the day of arrival, but we do not replace them, okay? If you need cleaning or a change of linen during your stay, you can request it for a fee of R$ 170.00, only for stays longer than 7 nights. Any additional bedding or bath linen requested will be at an extra cost. Check-in is from 3 p.m. Check-out is by 11 a.m. Both times are flexible according to the availability of the day (more information in the rules) We have a 24-hour reception to welcome you at any time. To register your access to the condominium, you will need to send a copy of an official photo ID of all members of the reservation in advance of your arrival. Guest access Our guests can enjoy the rooftop overlooking the sea and the best sunset in the region, and enjoy our 2 swimming pools and the entire structure designed for leisure and comfort, with tables and chairs, and sun loungers to enjoy the best sun in the Brazilian Northeast. In addition, the building has exclusive parking with rotating spaces, a reception with comfortable sofas and a 24-hour concierge for greater convenience at check-in and check-out. The access gates to the condominium are password-protected and, for added security, all our guests are identified by wristbands. The building has a direct exit to the beach. The condominium has Wi-Fi connection in the common areas. Access and internet passwords will be provided upon arrival. All guests, without exception, must send a copy of a valid ID (RG, CNH or passport) and vehicle information (if any) in order to be registered for access in our concierge system.
