There is one bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living room connected to the kitchen and a cozy, sunny balcony overlooking the complex's swimming pool, inviting you to sit down with a cup of coffee or a good book in your hands. The space From the complex there is direct access to the beach, which is just 150 m away. The complex has two outdoor pools, a sauna, a gym, billiards, a restaurant, a barbecue area, and kayak rental. Next to the apartment is a cozy cafe "Paris", where you can enjoy delicious coffee and breakfast in a pleasant environment. A large water park can be enjoyed nearby during the summer season. There are also plenty of other activities for children: children's playground, walking park, children's pool, mini football field. The nearest store will be 5 minutes away by car. If necessary, you will find a parking place and the possibility to rent a car near the apartment. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole apartment. There is a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, washing machine, internet access is ordered according to the guest's need for an additional fee. In addition, the rooms are air-conditioned. Guests can also use the barbecue. There is an additional fee for electricity, gas, and water consumed by guests. There are two swimming pools for guests to use.
