An older building nestled amongst a leafy, tree lined exclusive West Perth Street is your renovated studio apartment, within easy reach to restaurants, bars, shopping & night clubs, or strolling through the beautiful nature reserves of Kings Park. The space This comfortable, cosy, renovated and furnished studio apartment is located on the 1st floor with views of the city and river glimpses. The main room is equipped with a queen size bed with a pillow top mattress for your comfort. You have a separate fully equipped kitchenette providing guests with all the necessary amenities to prepare delicious meals and a Nespresso machine for the coffee enthusiasts (complimentary pods provided). Opposite the kitchenette is a separate bathroom with a bath tub and shower over the bath. The enclosed balcony area provides a desk and chairs for those requiring a space to work or to simply sit and enjoy soaking up the city skyline. Guest access Via the stairs or lift at the front of the complex. Key is available from a lock box 24/7 next to the Apartment entrance. The code will be supplied prior to check in. There is a security gate with a code which will be supplied prior to check in. Other things to note The kitchenette is not fitted with a stove/oven, however for those who love to cook there is a hot plate, small portable oven and an Air Fryer. For those who love to venture out to eat, turn right out of the complex and two doors up you can dine at the wonderful Mount Street Breakfast Bar for Breakfast or Brunch and open Thursday & Friday nights for Dinner. Free Wi-fi (standard only) is shared throughout the complex and may be slow at times. I have installed an Optus 5G Plug & Play as a backup. Netflix is available for your enjoyment. The Air Conditioner is set on a 10 hour timer after which time it will turn off. It can be turned back on. Monitored security cameras are throughout the complex for your comfort and safety. A laundromat is located onsite. A credit card can be used for the washing machines and tokens can be purchased from the office for the dryers. Free parking is provided for 1 vehicle only in the complex. These parking bays are unallocated and during busy times may have limited availability. Street parking is free during the hours of 6.30pm-8am weekdays and on the weekends with paid parking available outside of these times. Complex is situated next to a freeway.
