The property is close to several attractions such as El Retiro Park and the Royal Palace of Madrid, good restaurants and shops, and Callao and Opera stations are only 3 minutes away. In addition, Gran Vía is very close to the apartment, making it easy to explore the city. The space Welcome to my studio! This cozy and well-located studio apartment of 28m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. It comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a convertible sofa bed and a TV and there is an exterior balcony where you can see the pedestrian street The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric hob, microwave and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry. The double bed is in a wooden mezzanine and comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house! Other things to note Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
