The space The apartment is located in a building exclusively for rent. There are 25 studios in total: 20 studios of 18m², 4 duplex studios of 38m² and one apartment with a suite of 38m². All studios have their own private kitchen (microwave and minibar) and bathroom, are furnished with a bed, desk, cabinets, and kitchen equipment (refrigerator and microwave). In addition, the building has the other common areas on the roof – laundry, meeting room, TV room (Netflix), dining room, 100% equipped kitchen, balconies, which are also shared among all residents. Guest access You'll have access to all areas of the building. Inside your apartment you will have: Support kitchen with refrigerator and microwave, as well as basic utensils for two people. Private bathroom, with double bed, desk with chair and lamp, cabinets. Hot and cold air-conditioning. In the common areas: On the building's penthouse – laundry, meeting room, TV room (Netflix), dining room, 100% equipped kitchen, with coffee maker, balconies, which are also shared among all residents. Other things to note Our building does NOT have a doorman or employee every day. We have employees in the building on average 3 times a week. Parties or noise are prohibited in the building after 10 p.m. The common kitchen must be cleaned after use and kept tidy for all building residents. Rentals are for 1 person. For two people, you must make an option for two guests when booking. We offer in the reservation: Upon arrival, you will receive the apartment with: 1 Bed set and 1 bath set (1 body towel, 1 face towel and 1 floor towel), 1 dish towel, 4 laundry tokens, toilet paper, detergent, sponge and body/hand soap. These products are delivered only once during the stay. It is possible to hire extra cleaning of the apartment, washing and ironing service.
