Location can't be beat when it comes to this 3 bed 2 bath cozy vacation home located 5 minutes from historic downtown Breckenridge. Tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac. Take your family with your normal size dogs (We do not have a size limit, just 2 please) for a hike on French Creek trail right behind the house. This affordable ski house is in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the Purple route on Breck Free ride to get anywhere in Breckenridge. Open floor plan for families! As you walk in the front door after a long day of skiing you can take off the wet ski clothes in the mud room as you store your skis and poles in the homemade ski rack. After taking off your coat and boots, you proceed into the open living room with amazing mountain views! Set the thermostat for the natural gas fireplace to warm up in the recliner or lounge chair next to the fireplace or work your way over to the large sectional couch to watch your streaming shows and sports on the 65" smart tv! The dining table around the corner can fit 6 comfortably with more chairs in the closet next to the table. Extra pillows and blankets and space heaters can be found in the closet and those with dry skin like me , we have 2 humidifiers for your use. No matter how much snow we get it is dry in the mountains! The full size washer and dryer is conveniently located next to the wine fridge and small closet with extra tray tables for those who like to eat in front of the 65" smart tv. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to feed the family equipped with an electric stovetop and oven, toaster oven, toaster, full size coffee pot and no ski house is complete without a croc pot. The kitchen island boasts many outlets for all your charging needs, switch right behind fridge. Out the back door is a small patio with gas grill for your use and the unfenced back yard is easy access to the French Creek trail to walk to main street quickly or up to the little red schoolhouse playground. As you walk down the hallway on your right is the Ecobee thermostat for the whole house furnace that you can adjust to your comfortability Past that on the right is the master bedroom and bathroom The master bath has two sinks, a shower and long countertop for your toiletries and complimentary soap, shampoo, lotion, washcloths, and towels to help you get ready to go out on the town. The master bedroom is dark enough to spend all day in the king size extremely comfortable bed and watch the smart tv from the comfortable chair int he corner. The other 2 bedrooms across the hall share a jack and Jill bath with shower with all the complimentary soap, shampoo, lotion, washcloths and towels the other bathroom has. Each room contains a queen size bed and smart tv for each person to have their own viewing privacy. All 3 bedrooms have an open closet with hangers. -Guests have access to whole house and 2 parking spaces in front of home. -Self check in with keypad on doorknob. French Creek is located in unincorporated Summit county but still less than a mile drive and walk from historic downtown Breckenridge. The Cozy vacation retreat house is in this quiet neighborhood located at the end of the road at a cul-de-sac with no neighbors between you and access to the French Creek Trail. -Breck Free Ride - Purple Route They have updates on their app, website. -French Creek Trail - couple hundred yards to Main St. or go east to the little red schoolhouse with access to French Gulch Gulch for hiking/ biking/ walking dogs. Family Friendly -AWD or 4WD is highly recommended for access to 2 parking spots in front of house, especially in winter months. See plow schedule and instructions next to front door. Make sure to read! - No parking on streets. Need to be clear for plowing of roads during winter! - Drive way is shared with 2 neighbors please do not park in their spots. - No trailer parking.
