Its has only a small kitchen but has charm throughout the house. Its located close to the beach but has superb garden and pool. The space What makes House 1 unique is its location and privacy. The property has a wonderful pool with pool deck lounges and chairs. There is a BBQ you can use and if you want to be entertained we can arrange El Galleon to come setup a wonderful table and if you wish we can arrange cook to cook for you. The wonderful garden at Waimea where house 1 is on is a five home private compound giving you the real sense of privacy, yet only a minuet walk to the beach. Guest access Your welcome to use any part of the garden property during your stay, wonder around and enjoy the property. Other things to note On arrival to Sabang you will be asked to pay an environmental tax of P50. This is just over US$1 and will go to help the city of Puerto Galera in its need for environmental projects.
