This is a small two bedroom house on Small Lalaguna beach made to look native on the outside but quiet modern in combination of wood and tiles. Its has only a small kitchen but has charm throughout the house. Its located close to the beach but has superb garden and pool. What makes House 1 unique is its location and privacy. The property has a wonderful pool with pool deck lounges and chairs. There is a BBQ you can use and if you want to be entertained we can arrange El Galleon to come setup a wonderful table and if you wish we can arrange cook to cook for you. The wonderful garden at Waimea where house 1 is on is a five home private compound giving you the real sense of privacy, yet only a minuet walk to the beach. Your welcome to use any part of the garden property during your stay, wonder around and enjoy the property. I'll be more than happy to show you around, make suggestions of things to do and places to see. El Galleon resort is available to help you with any activities you may wish to do. The pleasant staff at El Galleon will be happy also to make suggestions for you and accommodate you with any needs you may have, please feel free to ask. El Galleon is only a three min walk away. We are there to please you and we welcome any interests you have, please ask. The compound is located at the back of Small Lalaguna and on two sides is nothing but jungle. The opposite side is another compound similar to Waimea. Small Lalaguna has no roads into it, but neighboring Sabang does and has a car park. You really don't need a car while in Puerto Galera as there are many option for getting around. You have a choice of local jeepnies, tricycles and small bikes with riders to take you in and around town. If you want you can also hire bikes, rent cars and vans at reasonable prices. One of the best ways to get around is by boat and you can rent boats at again reasonable prices. Let El Galleon staff help you in making any of these arrangement. On arrival to Sabang you will be asked to pay an environmental tax of P50. This is just over US$1 and will go to help the city of Puerto Galera in its need for environmental projects.
