The flexible setup is ideal for families or groups seeking both shared spaces and individual privacy, with the option to rent the entire estate or individual bungalows. • Corazón Beach Bungalows are located in Soliman Bay, a private gated community just 15 minutes north of Tulum. • Daily housekeeping is included to keep your bungalow fresh and comfortable. • A concierge is available to assist with pre-stocking, transportation, and activities. • Upstairs bedrooms are accessed by exterior staircases. • Guests are billed the cost of groceries plus a 35% service fee when using grocery pre-stocking. • Seasonal seaweed (sargassum) may wash ashore. Our team cleans the beach daily, though conditions can vary. • Complimentary kayaks and snorkel gear are provided to explore the calm waters of Soliman Bay. Guest access You and your guests have access to full property, including the pool and beach area. Other things to note - Seasonal Note: Sargassum seaweed may occasionally wash ashore, depending on the season. Our staff cleans the beach daily to maintain a pristine environment. - For guest safety and property security, surveillance cameras are installed in key exterior areas of the property. Specifically, there are: Three cameras positioned at the entrances with views of the parking area and one camera located in the beach area. All cameras are used exclusively for security purposes. If preferred, they may be deactivated upon request; however, doing so is not recommended for safety reasons. - Stair Access: Please note that the upstairs bedrooms are accessible only via an exterior staircases. - Staff Gratuity: If you are satisfied with the service provided by our team, a gratuity is kindly encouraged. It will be collected one day before checkout. This is completely optional. - Visitor Policy: There is a $20 fee for any visitor not staying overnight at the property. - Bay Rules: To preserve the peace and natural beauty of Soliman Bay: No fishing, camping, bonfires, Jet Skis, or Kite Surfing allowed. - No loud music after 10:00 PM. Soliman Bay is a tranquil community, and we ask all guests to respect the quiet hours.
