In our beautiful spacious Ranch, you will be surrounded by nature, feel at peace, and encounter a sense of calmness. Encircled by mountains, mango trees, farm animals, Horse riding and hammocks, you will get to experience the most beautiful sunrise/sunsets of the entire area! We are 15 Minutes from the main town (Sabaneta). The space The Ranch is perfect for a short stay, intimate Wedding (additional cost for events/parties), a Retreat, or a Family Reunion. Our Rustic Farmhouse includes and upstairs family suite with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, the downstairs has an open family living room 2 halft bath, and 1 outdoors shower (peoples favorate) there’s an inground Pool overlooking panoramic views of the Campo/countryside, a kitchnette and a campo rustic kitchen. We also have a large stage a couple of feet away from the farmhouse that can host large special events at an additional cost. Estos precios no incluyean eventos ni fiestas. Our goal is to take our guests back to the essence of countryside living, surrounded by fresh air, and to enjoy authentic Dominican meals that are made in wood burning large “fogones”. Imagine sitting in a rocking chair, enjoying your morning Cafecito, the smell of fresh fired wood, and waking up to the most amazing sunset of the horizon. Simple living!! The Upstairs family suite has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 8pp comfortably but accommodations can be made for 12pp, with two additional comfortable air beds if needed, currently there is a full bathroom and working on adding another, however there is and outside shower and 2 half baths. (In addition, you can rent the farm for a private event and enjoy a live band, DJ, and dancing. We can also host Weddings and other occasions that bring family and friends together, at an additional cost) rates on airbnb are for a normal stay no events included. We can offer services for a cooking lady while you are in the farm at an extra cost. In addition to your stay, we can help you plan the following: • A day trip to the river “El Rio” in town, 15 minutes by car. • Coordinate an excursion to Cayo Arena; one of the most pristine beaches only 2 hours from the farm for an extra fee and advance notice. • Coordinate service workers to come cook your delicious meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during your stay. (Extra cost). • Help with entertainment accommodations, DJ, Live Band. Etc. • If hosting a large event, we can suggest hotel accommodations near the area. • Suggest Transportation accommodations. • Suggest local restaurants that will deliver food directly to the farm. If you are not looking to stay extra days, we can also offer a day pass for you to enjoy the amenities and farm. Guest access Our Ranch sits on hill surrounded by 232 acres, fenced and secure for our guest. Parking on site that can accommodate up to 15 cars. Car rental is recommended. Other things to note The Farm is in a secluded and rural area near Santiago Rodriguez. Cibao International Airport, in Santiago is the closest airport about 1hour ½ away.
