Cozy 2 story San Antonio home, centrally located and convenient to everything. Just minutes from Fiesta Texas, Sea World, Medical Center, La Cantera, and a short drive to downtown. This house can comfortably accommodate 8 guests all on beds (no sleeper sofas here). The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and HEB is just a few minutes away for groceries. Relax in the backyard and swim in our private refreshing pool! No parties allowed! The space Our 4 bed, 2.5 bath home is located on the boundary of Far West Side and Northwest Side centrally located to Sea World, Fiesta Texas, La Cantera, 410 and I-10. This home is also our vacation home and we have stocked it nicely to make your vacation stay as stress free as possible. In the kitchen you can find pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, blender, hand mixers, even some spices you may need. We have even included a hotel style Belgium waffle maker to help you get a kick start to your day. (All we ask our guests is to clean and put away whatever dishes you use. We even provide easy labels for your convenience as well as dish towels, soap, and sponges for your convenience.) Both tv’s are connected to the internet and have netflix subscriptions to have a movie night as well as local channels to keep you up to date. Our bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, towels, and hair dryers. Guest access The house is all yours! You can park your cars in the garage or driveway what ever you feel comfortable doing. Our pool is a private pool on the property completely fenced in for your privacy. Other things to note Special note- There is not a heater connected to the pool or hot tub. The bubbles for the spa work great, but the water will not heat up. Sorry for any inconvenience. Special note- The bbq pit is available to guests to use as they wish, however our cleaning crew does not clean it. Guests are required to clean the grill after each use. Special note- We do not have any plumbing issues in the house whatsoever, but we do ask our guests to limit flushing toilet paper as much as possible.
