Welcome to "6th on the Beach". Tri-Story Home with 4 Bedrooms located steps away from Huntington Beach Pier & Main Street. Fully furnished with BBQ in the patio area & all the Excitement Huntington Beach has to offer. Restaurant Dining, Beach Waves & Entertainment are all within walking distance. Parking included! The space This Home has three levels. The ground level has a Living Room,Kitchen, Dining Room, Patio, Garage, half bathroom and Washer & Dryer. With the considerable pocket glass sliding doors Open, the Deck. 2nd level has 1 Master Bedrooms w/ King size Bed and balconies off the Master Bedroom with a ensuite Bathroom. 2 Guests Bedrooms with Queen Size beds in each that has a Jack & Jill Bathroom that connects the rooms, a half bathroom down the hall. There is also a Family Room TV area on this floor. The 3rd level has a Large Great-Room with a King Size bed along with it's own ensuite and a Balcony to enjoy the view of the Pier. Close by: Disneyland, Universal Studios Knotts Berry Farm, Little Saigon & Newport Beach. Guest access 3 Story Home, please refrain from opening locked cabinets and locked doors. Parking: 1 space in the garage, 1 space behind which are free. Street Parking is available at first come first serve and a Parking Garage across the street with a fee. Other things to note -Note: The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older. -There are security cameras outside the house premises only. No camera inside the house. -There is no air conditioning provided in this home, only heating. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms & portable fans also available for your comfort. NO PARTIES ALLOWED NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS ALLOWED NO PETS ALLOWED NO SMOKING ALLOWED A video inspection of the property before checking in and checking out. If you break something, please tell us immediately. We can work together to resolve any issues. Any damages incurred upon checkout will come out of your deposit. Any extensive damages or if something happens-you MUST report it immediately. LATE CHECKOUT: If possible we are happy to offer our guests a late check out of 12PM if our home isn’t booked for same day check in. Since we have our cleaning crew scheduled as soon as a guests books, late check out would be $50 every 15mins guests checks out late as our cleaning service is waiting to turn over the house and ready for the next guests booking. *Please understand that violating or completely disregarding our rules could result in immediate eviction.
