Owners live on property and are available, many times in person, certainly by text or email. Downtown Montpelier is a 12 minute drive along mostly paved roads, great coffee shops and dining options. Burlington is 40 minutes away via highway, Waterbury 20 minutes away, Stowe is 35 minutes away. 3 close by ski areas, Sugarbush, Bolton Valley and Stowe all less than 45 minutes car drive.
