The space The suite is equipped with double boxed bed and one more single box *, split air conditioning (cold only), minibar, private bathroom with hot shower and hygienic shower, wifi, 32"flat screen TV with free cable service, linens, blankets and bath towels available, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector. We will welcome you at the time of your arrival at our place. At check in we provide a set of bath towels and linens, as well as a set of keys containing the Suite and entrance gate key, and the wifi password. For long-term stays, towels are changed every 3 days and bed linen once a week. For stays longer than 5 nights, laundry is free. Pool (4x7x1.5 meters) is available for use by guests all year round. Centrally located in the Lagoon, in a quiet street and residential area, however a few minutes walk from restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bus station, taxi stand, banks, nightclubs, shopping mall, Lagoa square, craft fair, Lagoa boat terminal, gyms and other conveniences of a shopping center. For your peace of mind, we provide a spot at our garage with our cars at no additional cost (reservation needs reservation). The guest may be asked to leave the keys to their car with the hosts for any garage maneuvers. Wishing not to leave the car keys with the host, the guest can leave the car on the street in the free parking spaces for free parking right in front of the property Guest access Pool and Jardins. Other things to note This home is located on a property that houses other accommodations for hosting The garden and swimming pool areas are shared between all guests. The amenities listed below are not available in the listing and, if necessary, should be requested from hosts and returned after use: Iron, ironing facilities, and outlet covers. Use your tissues to remove makeup, to avoid stains on bedding and towels. Don't discard paper and other toiletries into the toilet. Laundry not available on-site. There are laundromats 10 minutes away from the Suite. Our phones will be displayed to you right after you book. House rules: No smoking - No smoking allowed in the accommodation or in the areas of common use, such as a garden, garage and corridors. Use the sidewalk area outside the property if you need to smoke. Unique to guests - The suite and common areas must be occupied exclusively by guests, i.e. no other people are allowed to bring other people to the property. It is not allowed parties or events - No use of portable heaters - No loud sound is allowed after 22 hours in all accommodation facilities and in the common areas. No pets allowed It is allowed to leave suitcases for the guest's convenience when they arrive early or leave late. Before each departure, check that: Did you turn off the air-conditioning? Forgotten objects will remain in the custody of the host for a maximum period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of check-out.
