Primary Guest must upload a 'fully signed and completed' copy of Rental Agreement and Driver's license within 48hrs of booking or the booking may be canceled. WET FLOORING: Our marble and travertine floors can be extremely slippery when wet. It is highly recommended that, in order to keep all occupants safe, guests dry off completely outside prior to entering, especially with regard to the main floor and main staircase. Caution signs will be posted. Children should be closely supervised in this regard. ***REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: No other guests shall be at this house outside of the registered number on the rental agreement, with exception of permission permission from owner. ****NO HOUSE PARTIES / NO EVENTS ***********EXTREMELY IMPORTANT POLICIES - READ THESE VERY CAREFULLY******************* **ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE HOUSE: The inside is monitored via remote electronic sensors. Violation of this rule results in IMMEDIATE EVICTION by South Padre Island POLICE.
