Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This lovely home is walking distance to the Main Street and a short drive to Ulverstone’s beautiful beaches, parks, river and everything else this town has to show. Centralised on the North-West coast. Our home is built in the 50’s but has plenty of love to keep it fresh. Perfect for families with a basketball hoop, secure backyard, a selection of toys and space for children to play while adults unwind on a peaceful escape. The space This home offers three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a king single and a trundle bed and the third a double bed. Lounge room offers plenty of space to unwind with two couches and smart TV, hallway is a great play space. All bedrooms and lounge room have new carpet. New bathroom and renovated kitchen and laundry, this property offers so much space for families plenty of room in bedrooms to bring your own porta cot. Backyard is fully fenced and a safe area for children to play. Contains a large deck with a bbq, table and 6 seats and a second fridge. We offer a basketball hoop and a selection of outdoor toys. Please note the listing is for 2 night minimum stays - at times we may be able to accommodate one night stays, so please feel free to message Kellie if you require one night only and we will do our best to make it work. Free off road parking for up to three cars. (Possibly more space for working vehicles on the front lawn, please just let us know.) Our home can comfortably sleep 6 people, however our hot water cylinder is 160litres. Please note this if you are booking for 6 people. Showers will need to be eco-friendly, or spaced out, however we have had multiple 6 people bookings without any trouble. Our property is listed as not pet friendly, this is due to our cleaners allergies to pet hair. Upon request we can accommodate outdoor pets, or none shedding pets at a small additional cost. Our property is located in a quiet area in no through road. Guest access Our home is fully private for you to enjoy your stay, three bedrooms, full bathroom, laundry and kitchen with appliances, including a Thermomix to cater for your stay. Driveway fits up to 3 cars for off road free parking. Other things to note Strictly no smoking or vaping inside and no parties allowed, any evidence of these rules broken will result in a fine.
