Parking limited to one car Other things to note There's construction in the property next door so there maybe some noise associated with this. Some pets allowed - There is a $195 pet fee if you travel with one pet, and $275 for two or more pets. Pet fee is NOT included in the accommodation fee and must be paid separately. Pack n'Play and high chair available upon request TVs in this property are smart so you'll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. If you want to watch a game or any live channel you'll need to watch it on your own device. If you have an Apple device (iPhone iPad) you'll be able to stream to the TV. You'll be able to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We don't provide streaming app accounts. DO NOT flush wipes down the toilet please. If the plumbing is clogged due to wipes you may be fined for the repair. No parties or gatherings. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside. No loud music after 9PM. The washing machine has a little quirk ;-). You’ll need to unplug the washer, leave it unplugged for 1 minute, and then plug it back in. It will power on at that time.
