The villa boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully equipped for your utmost comfort. Three of these bedrooms open up to private balconies, allowing you to wake up to mesmerizing sea views every morning. Each bedroom has its bathroom with a shower. The most valuable feature of this property is its private pool. It offers a great opportunity to bask in the Mediterranean sunshine, take a refreshing swim, or simply relax in a serene atmosphere. Additionally, for those who enjoy outdoor cooking, there is a charcoal BBQ available for grilling delicious meals with family and friends. It serves as a laundry space for washing, drying, and ironing bedding and towels. House owner often resides in this apartment. The cleaning lady also has access to the apartment. The only way to reach the apartment is by using the outside stairs, located outside of the Villa Rozeta yard. Guests do not have contact with house owner, and do not share any of the facilities. House owner does not have access to the yard or the swimming pool of the Villa Rozeta.
