The Boathouse is a single story building in a contemporary design, close to the main house with a shared garden going down to the waterside of Oulton Broad. Oulton Broad, has a variety of places to eat, a museum in the park and boat trips. Carlton Marshes is a stunning nature reserve and cafe. Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney. The space The Boathouse is 275 square metre single storey, level bungalow in a contemporary design. It is light and airey with wonderful views over the shared garden to the waterside. The bedroom has a superking Hypnos bed, with a modern bathroom, shower, toilet, bath and washbasin en suite. Guest access The Boathouse is for their sole use. Parking on site next to The Boathouse. Other things to note There is a car park space for the guests cars just outside the Boathouse making it easy to unpack luggage. The access to the Boathouse runs along the front of the building, a paved path with easy accessibility.
