There is a dedicated metal access gate on the right side of the garage door with a secure keypad. Once you are through you will walk around to the back side and ascend the stairs to the apartment. The garage and driveway are reserved for the main house, but not to worry there is ample free street parking on Gonzales St to the north. Other things to note This home is in an urban location. There is more street noise given its proximity to downtown attractions. While it is very convenient, it's also more densely populated, so expect more pedestrians and cars than you would in a suburban neighborhood. We have provided a sound machine to help with any outside noise. The property is very private with a secure gate and entrance on the opposite side of the street and high quality windows to reduce noise as much as possible. There is an amazing food truck park just one block west across the railroad tracks. There are countless bars and restaurants along E 7th. Our personal favorite is Space Cowboy.
