This 1 bedroom apartment is situated in a beautiful building in the exclusive Carre d’Or (Golden Square) area of Nice. Quiet, comfortable and fully equipped. Ideal for two people, but can host an additional two guests if needed (for small additional fee), sleeping on a double bed couch, but very comfortable. Air conditioning, Internet and WiFi, music player, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and all mod cons included. The kitchen has everything you need for a full meal or a simple snack, and will include basics for your meals: olive oil, coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper. Enough space to store your belongings. Quality linen and towels provided. Strictly NO smoking and NO pets. The space: The main bedroom offers a comfortable double bed overlooking a quiet street. Next to the bedroom, there is the bathroom with a modern shower. The main area features a modern kitchen, a small dining area and a couch, TV and table. The bright and sociable living area is comprised of a confortable chaise end 3 seater sofa with a coffee table and wifi: enough to keep you entertained or sitting comfortably while reading or working on a laptop. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, four induction powered hobs, dishwasher, surface space to cook, along with plenty of cupboards, and a large fridge and freezer. The open plan living, dining and kitchen space is perfect for holiday gatherings, making self- catering a sociable activity. There is an extendable dining table to seat 4 when more lavish dining is required. There is an additional sofabed available for one or two extra guest. (The sofabed in the living room sleeps two). Please note, there is an additional cost for sofabed linen and towels which can be purchased when you book this property) Access to the whole apartment. Guests are provided with password to access WI-FI. Information about house equipment and manuals are in a folder in the apartment with pictures showing how the stove, the washing machine, dishwasher, TV, etc.. function; all very easy. Maps and tourist guides are also available in the apartment, please do not remove them. I will personally meet you at the property and give you a warm and informative welcome to your new home and to the local area. Then I’ll hand over the keys and let you enjoy your stay. This apartment is only steps from the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais, with a fantastic range of restaurants and cafes right on the doorstep. There’s also a pedestrian area close by with plenty of chic shops and convenience stores. Being in the heart of the city centre, you’ll be able to access pretty much everything by foot. You do not need a car, unless of course you want to visit other areas, cities or places around the Côte d'Azur at your leisure. Even then you could use the train that gets you anywhere along the Cost and leaves from Nice Ville station (10 minutes walk from the apartment). Places of interest include Cannes, Monaco, Menton, Villefranche and many others. The bus stop to the airport is a 5 minute walk from the apartment; it is bus number 98, express line, that runs every 20 minutes from 5 am till 11 pm.
