The ground floor has 1 full bathroom, an integrated living room and kitchen, a suite, a gourmet area, a shower in the pool area, a backyard and a balcony attached to the pool. - The condominium has 24-hour security, complete leisure, mini market, game room, swimming pool, vegetable garden, volleyball court, soccer field and playground, which the guest can use during the stay. Other things to note - Bedding, pillows, toiletries are not available in the reservation. Must be brought by the guest! - Do not smoke on the premises of the house; - Do not leave the pool pump on 24 hours, as it may burn out; - Pay attention to loud sounds and respect the schedule;
