A tiny home in the midst of breathtaking views, fresh air, and serene nature. The space We are nestled at 10,000ft just 15 minutes from Evergreen Lake. Inside we have a cozy loft with a full-view window, window seat, a bar kitchen including a coffee pour over set featuring local SONDER coffee, tea, toaster oven, a induction stovetop, a bathroom/shower, bath robes to enjoy while using the sauna, a living room area with a small extendable dining table for 4, a couch that converts to a twin sleeper bed with extra sheets and a comforter to use, a queen sized bed located in the loft which can be accessed by a ladder, a large projector screen covering the full-view window, Bang & Olufsen Beolit 20 speaker, TV, and Starlink WiFi. Centrally located with easy access to: • Red Rocks Amphitheater - 19 miles away • Echo Mountain - 23 miles away • Loveland - 48 miles away • Arapahoe Basin - 50 miles away • Keystone - 55 miles away • Copper - 68 miles away • Breckenridge - 70 miles away • Vail - 88 miles away • Beaver Creek - 95 miles away Guest access Self Checkin. Guests will be provided with a code on the day of checkin via our automated messages to enter the Tiny house. Other things to note We have other buildings on the same property. We have a shared parking lot area used between the other units on the property. *The last mile is unpaved and has some steep inclines. We live at 10,000 feet in the foothills of the Rockies and we receive quite a lot of snow (Oct-May). We require guests to use AWD/4WD vehicles and winter tires to safely access our tiny house during snow months. Colorado Traction laws must be met when driving Colorado winter roads.
