NOTE: Take your bath towel •Currently the configuration of the farm is 17 guests per night (Considering 6 double beds, 3 single beds and 2 spare mattresses on the floor) above 16 is charged an amount of 100.00 reais per extra guest per night. It can accommodate up to 17 guests, no exceptions. • Regarding additional guests, up to 15 people are allowed on the farm, in addition to the 17 guests. •It is worth remembering that because we are in a family residential condominium it is necessary that the sound is not exaggerated at any time of the day/afternoon/night and after 10 pm, so that it does not disturb the quiet of others. The neighborhood is located near the Hípica condominium. •We have ample parking space to accommodate vehicles (Comporta approximately up to 12 vehicles). •The house is fully air-conditioned in its interior environments, being 6 suites and the living/tv room. As described in the listing, the energy consumed in the chacara is charged separately. Therefore at the time of entry the initial kW/h is harvested and at the time of exit the final kW/h is harvested. The consumption of kW/h is multiplied by R$1.10 (Which is the average cost of the kW/h of the residence). •The cleaning fee refers to the costs we have to leave the farm clean and organized, in addition to the cost of leaving the bed/bath linen and products used for the entire operation, and finally, the final cleaning after check-out. •As check-out guidelines, you must leave the clean, mobile dishes in place and the garbage centered in the place indicated by the hosts. •Check-in time is from 12pm, but we are able to flex at no extra charge for 11am. •The check-out time is made until 12pm and can be extended at no additional cost until 2pm. If you need to anticipate check-in or extend the departure, the desired time must be notified so that the owner is consulted the additional cost of the extension.
