It is a satellite connection that is reliable, stable and FAST. Speeds average between 220-235Mbps NOTE: Huatulco is currently expanding, which means construction in all areas. Normally, construction does not cause too much of a disturbance and the workers are safe, respectful and friendly. Around our sector, there are a couple building sites that are recently ongoing. On occasion there can be some noise, but it happens only during the day. The condo has double glazing windows, which reduces most noises (music, dogs, neighbours, construction etc). We have had no complaints from our guests, and most are off to the beaches and exploring the area every day. That being said, our rates are currently lower than usual as they reflect the possibility of some disturbances from construction during the day.
