Royal View @ Rendezvous has amazing views of the South Coast . As a result of our central location, we are only 5 - 10 minutes by car to any of the popular beaches and restaurants as well as to churches, supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations, the St. Lawrence Gap, Rockley Golf Course and more. Bookings are a minimum of 7 nights. The space The apartment is very spacious and comfortable ...enough space to move around....especially for families. Friendly atmosphere with quiet pleasant and peaceful surroundings. I do not share the space with guests as they have their separate entrance to the apt. Guest access Guests have access to the pool and gazebo areas Other things to note We do not allow noise or loud music to disturb the other tenants. If you are asked to vacate the premises due to any infractions there will be no refund for the duration of the lease. No visitors are allowed on the premises or in the apartment unless authorized by the host. Bedrooms are fully air conditioned....(no fee charged). Air conditioning available upon request in the dining and living room areas for a fee.
