Approximately 40m2 apartment (plus additional 40m2 private roof terrace with amazing lake and mountain views). Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped, including Samsung refrigerator, Ariston oven/range, Whilrpool washer/dryer, Samsung microwave, plus toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc Location: Excellent location in the center of Bariloche. This apartment has an amazing location at Palacios and Elflein, walking distance to everything. Just 2 blocks down to Mitre Street where all the cafes and chocolate shops are located (namely Mitre between John O'Connor and Urquiza, where e.g. Rapanui, Mamuschka, Torres, del Turista, etc are located). Also just 2 blocks to the restaurant and pub area on Elflein (Elflein between Villegas and 20 de Febrero, where e.g. Boliche de Alberto, Alto el Fuego, Manush, Chimi, Antares, etc. are located). Sleeping/Beds: This apartment can sleep 3 people. In the bedroom is a king size bed (1.8m x 2.0m). The couch (not fold out) has a single cushion 1.85m long for a third person to sleep in a pinch. Both Twin (for sofa) and King sheets/blankets/duvet covers are provided. Views: Amazing views! Lake/mountain views from the living room, bedroom and roof terrace. The photos of the scenery in the listing photos are taken from either the living room balcony or private roof deck.
