This house also has a great private office area with fast internet. The space The beautifully decorated main house has two bedrooms and one full bath. The Guest Cottage has the third bedroom and 2nd full bath. Both the main house and Guest Cottage are included in the listing. You will also have exclusive access to the very private pool area. The well equipped kitchen and easy to use, outdoor grill, will give you the freedom to decide if eating in is more your style. The open concept living and dining area is great for watching a movie, playing games or getting cozy with a good book. The outside area is the highlight of this home. It has a beautiful heated pool with an umbrella in the shallow area for staying cool and out of the sun. But, if bringing back some Florida sunshine is on your agenda, then enjoy the comfy chase lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. There is also a great outdoor eating area that will seat everyone. The third bedroom is located off the pool area in the Guest Cottage. This private third bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite full bathroom, a full size washer and dryer and desk/office area with wireless printer and more importantly a view of the pool. When it's time to get ready for a night out, it will be a snap in either of the two bathrooms which come equipped with hotel amenities to make packing and stay easier, or right off the 1st bedroom and pool area, enjoy access to the outdoor shower and double sink. The entire home can sleep a total of 6 people. When your ready for the beach, beach toys, beach chairs, cooler and "ready to go" beach bag, with towels and sunscreen are provided. If you would rather visit the beautiful Howard Park, a short walk away, you can bring along the provided football or just use the shaded playground equipment and jogging trail with exercise stations. A quick walk will get you to local restaurants, entertainment, or cross the bike friendly Flagler Bridge into Palm Beach. It's an easy walking to Rosemary Square, The Palm Beach County Convention Center, The Kravis Center, The Norton Museum of Art, Hive and countless world class restaurants. Guest access The entire property is available for your use. Outside temperature must be 60 or above. Temperatures lower than 60 are rare and may only last a few hours. The hours can be adjusted upon request up to 9 hours total in one day. Pool heater is available November - April. A reduced cleaning fee will be applied at a rate of $25/night when there are 4 or less guests for less than 7 nights.
