This Penthouse apartment is located at the famous Batu Feringghi Beach. Restaurants such as Feringghi Garden, Wendy's, Hard Rock Cafe, Starbucks are walking distance.. The apartment is on the top floor of the building. It has very easy access to the beach. The water Theme park, Escape Theme Park is about 5-10 mins drive away. The Entopia or Butterfly park is also a must see. Well furnished to accommodate families. It is a 25 minute drive to Georgetown or the Penang Hill tourist spot. The space The apartment is the penthouse for the block so at the top floor there is a nice area to relax and you get a lovely view of the sea and surrounding areas. Guest access There is access to the common areas of the apartment, i.e. the swimming pool, the gym, the children playground and more importantly the beach.
