Your Vermont getaway awaits… *1 dog max for $200/stay The space Outdoors you’ll experience seven private acres surrounded by trees, rare wildlife and an incredible view of Ascutney mountain. Enjoy mother nature from the 1300 sq. ft. deck that has a daybed swing, a fire pit with seating, a 6-person hot tub w/ massaging jets, as well as a 6-person teak wood dining table and teak wood conversation furniture. The fire pit is out all year long on the deck, but the teak couch/chairs & dining set will be stored once the snow falls (usually Dec-May). Inside you’ll be surrounded by beautifully custom-cut log wood beams with a large, custom stone fireplace. This is a destination for people who want to get away from the day-to-day grind and enjoy the silence and stillness of mountain life and Mother Nature. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, minus the garage and basement. Other things to note We charge a mandatory pet fee per stay (dogs only, max of 1) for all reservations. If you don't add your pet(s) to your reservation but decide to bring one, you will be charged the fee upon check-in. We highly recommend an All-Wheel or 4-Wheel Drive vehicle and snow tires, especially in the winter months. The dirt driveway is long, may be bumpy or muddy in some parts, and has a very sharp turn up-hill as you approach the home. We can’t control the weather but please be prepared to stay in during a storm. There is a Tesla Level-2 attached to the garage. Non-Tesla EV owners will need to bring their own adapter. The hot tub is serviced every week - usually Thursday or Friday morning. Please don’t be alarmed by the Allen Pools & Spas service truck - they do not need access to the home to perform service.
