Treehouse Apartment near Downtown

This apartment is the complete upstairs of a large house, just outside of downtown Austin. It's an easy Uber ride or 30 minute walk to ACL. It is also within 30 minute walking distance of the West 6th bars if you still have energy after the festival! The space It has two bedrooms and full baths and a huge living/dining/kitchen area. There are (2) queen size beds and we can provide up to (2) air mattresses. There is also a extra sink/vanity in the hallway between the two bedrooms, which is great for groups getting ready. Guest access You may access all of the space except bedroom closets. Other things to note Access requires walking up a flight of stairs. Street parking is usually very open.
