HOUSE RULES ****NO PARTIES ALLOWED **** -NOT suitable for PETS. -No smoking. (inside the house) -No parties, events, or inappropriate behavior. -Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. -Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. -Please do not allow water to sit on wood furniture -Please don’t rearrange the furniture -Please take the trash out before you leave -Take out trash bins on trash day; excess trash will be subject to fees Trash bin days Trash-bin: Thursday night Recycle-bin: Monday night -Max. of 5 people are allowed during your stay as occasional visitors if it is evidence more visitors are in the house or more people are staying overnight in the house vs. the number reported by "the guest” on the rental request, or if guests break any house rule “the host” has the right to terminate the stay without a refund. If guests cause damage to the property, house, belongings, or missing house belongings a fee will apply. Guest access To gain access to the house I will provide an access code to the entry door lock 1 to 2 days before your scheduled check in. Other things to note --DO NOT TAKE BELONGINGS: such as dishes, kitchen appliances, linens, decoration, covers, towels or other belongings to be part of the home or property. --PLUMBING SYSTEM: Please deposit toilet paper, female products and baby wipes in the trash can next to the toilet to prevent from clogging. --TOWELS: Large towels and hand towels are only be used for personal body drying after showering. Please do not use towels to remove make-up, clean shoes or spills. A $12 replacement fee will be deducted from the deposit for each large towel that is damaged and $8 for each hand towel that is damaged. An extra charge will apply for sheets, comforters and pillowcases if there are any damages. --MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The house counts with 4 beds that can fit 8 people comfortably. Although we allow a maximum of 12 people to stay, after 8 people we do charge an additional fee of $12 per extra guest per night but they need to bring their own air mattress, sheets, and towels. YOU MUST ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE: * We provide a limited quantity of hand and dish soap, towels (8), trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) etc... * We do not provide shampoo. * The fridge ice maker is temporary out of service. * The espresso machine is not in the listing of the house as appliance. If you know how to do so you can try. BBQ GRILL Renters can use it but must be cleaned after use if not there would be a $30 fee. GUEST ACCESS To gain access to the house I will provide an access code to the entry door lock 1 to 2 days before your scheduled check-in. DIRECTIONS The property is between rainbow garden nursery and the Allstate office. CLEANING FEE There is a cleaning added of $ 100 more dlls. Total cleaning fee: $ 299 dlls after a rental of 3 weeks.
