Well we are new on Airbnb as of Jan 2023. But we are not new to Short Term Rentals. We have been renting on other platforms for close to three years. We do require all our guests to sign a Rental Agreement with terms to protect you as a renter as well as us as Hosts. Also in accordance with Airbnb's policies for software connected hosts, will place a hold on your Credit Card. This hold will be placed two days prior to your stay and will be released three days after your departure if no damage is found. If something is accidentally broken during you stay, we get it, accidents happen! As long as you let us know about the damaged item we should be able to claim it on our Damage Protection policy and not have to even worry about the hold. The hold is there for anything not covered by the damage policies, such as, but not limited to, soiled linens, missing items, or any damage deemed purposeful and not accidental. Such as parties.
