Escape to a cozy cabin, the ultimate getaway just under an hour from Denver. Nestled in wilderness, you’ll spot deer wandering the property. You can enjoy a BBQ on the deck, or relax with a glass of wine next to the fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows. You can also unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Rather stay inside? Enjoy movies with the cozy fireplace. With I-285 and the charming town of Bailey just minutes away, you can be sure to enjoy your getaway. The space The cabin sits on 1.5 acres of land at the end of a small dirt road. I-285 is visible from cabin and you can hear semi's driving by, but it is not disturbing. The property sit nestled at the end of a dirt road, so no one will be driving by. There is lot of space for kids to play or dogs to run around. You have 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a washer and dryer. SPECIAL LAYOUT: Please note that two bedrooms are connected through a door. You have to walk through the bunk bed bedroom to get to the third bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a photo that will show you that layout. Also note that the washer and dryer are in the bunk bed room. Guest access You will have the entire property to yourself. The cabin sits a private land that sits on a dead end from on a small road. You will have no traffic coming around. You will have privacy and feel secluded while having access to the main highway. Other things to note Please Note: The property is on a dirt road off the highway. It is a very secluded and private area where the house is on a dead-end so you will not get people driving by, however might hear some vehicles driving by. Water pressure: The water system is a well and the water pressure is slower or lower than it is in a city or hotel. Please be aware and understand that this is the best we can get in the cabin.
